"98" vw cabriolet --every time it rains, the car wont start. they took it 2 various mechanics who work on foreign cars &nobody could find out why. all the electrical stuff on the car was checked out but still no solution. any guess what could be wrong? its a 4 cylinder. thanks 4 any ideas on what can be causing this weird thing. the car runs fine when the weather is dry.
