jeans and a cute top. you don't want to look overly dressed to a basketball game cause then you'll look like a fool. or if you have a cute little jersey for that pro team wear that but make it look cute.

People go to basketball games dressed up and others go totally casual. I just recently went to my first one (Clippers game VS, I don't remember) and my, my sister and her other friend wore nice jeans with a nice shirt and hills. But then again we had quartside seats. It depends on where you're sitting also.
But really like what jammin says, no body really cares. they are so interested in the game, it's just like watever. LOL.

wear a HOME Team jersey and some jeans. Please, do not wear a mini-skirt (anything that is revealing) because you are going to be attracting the wrong kind of attention and you don't want that, ESPECIALLY, at big events such as sporting events.
