Pro and cons: How will history view the Bush 'w' administration?

His eight years in office was history making, indeed. How do you think history will look at him?

He will be praised and cursed at the same time. He will be viewed as a madman with too much power and genius.

He will go down as one of the bottom 5 presidents in U.S. Presidents in history. Con: He started the Iraq war without provocation and made several poor decisions in the conducting of that war.

His presidency will be judged by history as one of an unpopular person during a time of terrorism. That will be what endures until his legacy in Iraq is decided. Then, his legacy will be decided by which every side wins the War On Terror. If the US wins the War On Terror, Bush will mark the beginning of an era of combating terror. If the USa loses, which I hope doesn't happen, Bush will be viewed as a dictator.

This depends mainly on who writes it. Democrats will see his presidency as one of failure and mistakes. While on the other hand Republicians will see his presidency of keeping America safe after the willful attacks on Sept.11. It will certainly be a mixed bag of political opinions.
