i don't think tracker admins would be upset by their channel being posted publicly, since if they want it private they have most likely made it so only members of the tracker can actually join.
when you get in,you will see this msg

if you are using chatzilla for firefox,just press it,and it will send a signel to the staff who is online,and they will invite you in,
if you are using other irc chat program,i cant help you them,cause when i went in,i was using chatzilla for firefox
