what is the difference between a private nuraber versus a restricted nuraber. I'm pretty sure *67 makes a call restricted but whats it mean when "private" comes up on my caller id???

i was thinking maybe its someone calling from a landline that has their caller ID info by default rather than dialing *67 each time.
