Hello All,
After a spot of online self-diagnosis, I've learnt I'm suffering from a condition called Gilmore's groin. It's a chronic condition and I've been carrying it for about 3 years now. It's symptoms are basically mild to moderate pain in the groin area during and after exercise. Actually, I don't know why I'm telling you all this because it's not why I'm posting for!
