Prior Service marine to Active Army Where will i Be stationed? What should I know?

I haven't gone to MEPS yet but i'm hoping for the 68W MOS and to be stationed at Fort hood What is the precentage that this will happen? Is there any way I can make this happen I was told that Duty station choices are no longer gurenteed! Do I rate a bonus, I'm an E-4 will I become a SPC or stay a Cpl or get promoted to SGT?
