So I just went to Chris and pitts and had a prime rib dinner while I was eating it part of it tasted like cheese specifically blue cheese and I know for a fact it doesn't have cheese I stopped eating it because I freaked and thought it was spoiled I looked up that aged meat can sometimes grow lactobacillus bacteria which is harmless but will taste like cheese. Can someone verify this I'm scared if it was spoiled
