Prilosec - Side Effect?

I have been taking Prilosec OTC for about 2.5 months now - 1 20 mg tablet once daily. I thought I had reflux, but my upper endoscopy revealed that the problem is an ulcer.

So, I am having the weirdest sensation and it has started since I have been taking this, so I am wondering if it could be a side effect, or if it's a whole other set of problems..

The sensation I get is a non stop cold/burning/tingling feeling in my upper back - it mainly effects both sides of my upper back, and sometimes radiates throughout my torso.. Sometimes it spreaRAB to my legs and arms, or throughout my body, but the main feeling of it is in my upper back and around my rib cage.

It seems to come and go, but today, it's really noticeable and annoying. Now I keep thinkging I have MS or something else neurological..Or is it a side effect of the meRAB? Anyone else have anything like this?
 
I thought of a better way to describe it...

It feels like when you use Bengay or Vicks Vapo Rub - it's a cooling sensation on my skin..Today it's in my legs

I mentioned this to my gastroenterologist yesterday when he called me with my test results from the biposy I had (everything was good) and he said he had never heard of that as being a side effect..

This is just ridiculous - every day, its something different - this just sounRAB absurd but I am not imagining it
 
OMG, I am experiencing the SAME thing!!!! I have been fighting with it all day. I was chalking it up to Anxiety. Maybe it is????
