pricing for all cosmetic parts of a 88 suzuki katana 750 with the folding headlight.?

my garage was recently set on fire and i had all the cosmetic parts for my suzuki katana 750 and the tank was also incinerated so now i have to find the pricing for everything that got destroyed for my insurance company...
so just to be clear i lost ALL the fiberglass parts and the wiring harness the tank , signal lights, and speedometer
for an 88 suzuki katana 750 with the folding headlight..
which is a rare bike in this city....
i need to know how much it would cost to replace it
