Pricing for 2010 Mazda Mazda3 i Touring (Automatic transmission)?

It's Sept. 6, 2009, and the CASH program is over. I am wondering what the fair price price for this model is, brand new. I live in San Diego County, CA.

I received a quote from a dealer saying that it is going for $19100 MSRP, $18090 Invoice, and they'd sell it for $18190 (100 over invoice). I have a feeling I could buy it under invoice, but I can't find any information about rebates or incentives. I just know that the market is bad and dealers are looking for any sales.

I have cash and I am wondering what someone who knows a lot about Mazdas thinks is a good deal or fair deal for this trim if I can pay cash.

Thanks,

Henry

After months of research, I narrowed my choices to 3 cars including the 2009 Mazda3 i Touring. Very little difference between the 09 (new) and 10, except fo the new blue color introduced in 10 and the front grille.
The big difference? If you can find the 09, comes with an $1,500 rebate while the 10 does not.
That said, anytime you are paying cash, you should get a deal. Try this. Go on Autotrade.com, e-mail five or ten Mazda dealers in a 100 to 200 mile radius and tell them you plan to buy a Mazda3 i Touring within the next 5-10 days. This is their ONE chance to sell you. You will take the best offer. I did this and got an offer on a 2009 new Maxda 3 i Touring for $15,750 including rebate, a substantial cut under invoice.
Good luck
