I'm trying to understand the pricing here for the 09 cobalt model

Correct me if I am wrong does this say the following:
From the 15500 base price you can take off 1500 cash back AND 1500 cobalt consumer rebate AND obtain 2.9% APR for 60 months(if you qualify on credit?).
If that's the case as I own a previous GM car and they have a $1000 loyalty bonus I would pay $15500-1500-1500-1000=$11500 on a brand new vehicle?
