Sometimes, my nose has this tight building pressure then all of a suddden a popping/ crackling sensation and sometimes my nose clears up. Sometimes there is still a pressure feeling. This happeneds most when I'm stuffed up and breath in through my nose. But it also can happen when my nose is clear. Anyone know what this is?
