Pressure and foggy feeling in head

Hi
I am so frustrated seeing all sorts of doctors and physios. I had an anterior cervical discectomy in June 2009 and am recovering from this but still have muscle pain and weird pressure like feelings in my head and mouth tightness and ear pain. Doctors say no ear infection or sinus infection - muscle tightness is unbearable as is the pressure in my head. I have no idea where to go from here. Anyone had similar symptoms? Thanks Anja
 
I have a pressure feeling and foggy feeling in my head also. The nero Dr. said he thought it was just diabetic changes. I hate the way it feels and somedays it is hard to function. I did have a bleeder stroke in 2008 but they are not relating that to anything. Are you diabetic?
 
I have been having a pressure and foggy feeling in my head for while too. I had a bleeder stroke two years ago and the nero Dr. said that it didn't have anything to do with that. I am a diabetic and he said that he thought it was do to diabetic changes. Some days it is hard to function. Are you diabetic?
