President and owner in a business?

Im creating a organization chart, me and my friend created the business.

I dont think there can be 2 presidents in a business. Is it possible that we can be two owners and there is a president under us in the chart, or are presidents and owners the same thing?

Who is higher in power?
what should i do with my organization chart?
