Preserving Cooked Ground Beef Curry?

If i cook enough curry for three days what is the best ways to keep it?
I THINK : If cooking 15 kg of food on Thursday night late. Let it cool down then split into three, refrigerate for 12 hours for flavor to develop.
Freeze and thaw and reheat as needed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday using it as fillings for pies. For immediate use. Is this method OK.
