We are purchasing a house for our business. In order to use it and stay there we need to be re-zoned and get a special use permit. The current owner of the house is a business professional and asks that we put together a business proposal and plan to present at the public hearing showing our current business (we produce top show quality dogs) and the new business (a high end boarding and grooming business) that we are looking to put up. What all would I need to present? Background about us, what our current business is, what our new business will be, how it helps the community, why the community needs this business, how it benefits the neighbors....I just don't know if there is a template to tell me how to put this all together somewhere?
