Prescription Topicals?

Can anyone recommend a prescription topical that is not as harsh on my skin as retin-a micro 1%?Ive been on retin-a mirco for about 2 yrs ,now its really drying my skin out to the point where it looks like ive burnt my face.I just cant take the soreness and cracking anymore.Im going to go ti see a derm in a few days,got any suggestions or comments what i should ask for?Thanks for any replies.:blob_fire

mash up avacado and spread it on your face for a while the vits are good for your skin and the oil will relive the drying untill you find something elts

I'm currently using Differin and everything seems to be going fine. I didn't have any dryness\reddness from it. My problem area is the sides of my chin, haven't had anymore breakouts since starting Differin, maybe one or 2 small pimples that healed quickly. Now I'm just waiting for the marks to go away.
