Prescription tension headache medications without acetaminophen?

are their any without acetaminophen(Tylenol)

i get really bad headaches that last a week and regular OTC medicine doesnt work

so the DR gave me fioricet but it has acetaminophen i dont want to take to much of it because it would give liver damage

anyone know of any medications without acetaminophen
Im 18 and about to start college

i took fioricet for 2 month straight and went off it until i ran out i didnt get addicted im not that type of person

and after a month and a half of not taking it my headaches came back and doesnt work as well but i dont want my dr to think im a druggy b/c i already take adderall but i stop when i get headaches and ive had headaches before taking adderall

I have taken just about everything for migraines (I have had them since I was 11, I am now 34).

First, let me say that all medications have the tendency to cause liver damage, even if taken as prescribed.

Have you tried ibuprofen? What about massage therapy? Warm compresses on the neck/head?

I take Neurontin for migraines, I can take up to 4 300mg capsules a day as needed. I do not take it every day, but only when I have migraines... it has been the only thing that works long term for me.
