Hello. I am exclusively BF my 9 month old. I am currently 12 days into the generic form of the Birth control Micronor. And It has completely lowered my milk supply. And yes, I'm sure it's the pill. Nothing else has changed in my diet, I'm not exercising or taking any other medication.
So I just got off the phone with my Doc and their gonna prescribe me another medication to help get my supply back up. So did you try this? Did it work? How long did it take for you to see a difference in your supply? Thanks.
This is the only BC I can get on since I am breast feeding. I'm probably just going to stop taking it. THe only reason I am on BC is because I have Endometriosis and I need it to stop my period (I just had it since August of last year) But I would rather stop taking the pill than have to stop Breastfeeding.
