Well i really want to tryout for cheerleading but im not sure what i should work on. I can do a toe touch, pike jump, cartwheel and roundoff, but thats about it. Ive never done any cheerleading before so im a beginner! Im going to be a hs freshman next year so i cant talk to the coach. Also, im not very flexible so what kinds of stretches can i do to improve? Thnx!!!
