So i have this prepaid phone, messaging is 10$ a month vzw to vzw. Simple, right?
well, not when it comes to calling! ugh.. anyways my problem is
the prepaid calling plan, also known as core, 99 cents each time you "use" it.
i have two friends saying two different things. one is saying it's a daily fee regardless if i use it or not and 99 cents will charged every 24 hours, bummer. yet, the other one, that has had prepaid for YEARS, has used this core plan and it only charges you when you actually call for the whole day(vzw2vzw)-not for turning on the phone.
i want to know what the term USE means here
i just dont want to get ripped off here.
