What prepaid phone card would be best to use to call from a Pacific Bell Payphone to a cell phone within the same state? The pay phone and the cell phone come from the same area code but the call would be from NorCal to SoCal (as the person being called has moved but kept the same cell).
I just want to know how to get the most minutes for my money. For example a card that would have low connection rates or no connection rates, etc. Please help
