My goddaughter lives in Canada. She and her mom have a plan through Bell Canada. Her 16th birthday is coming up and I'd like to buy her a new phone. If I buy a Bell Canada PRE-PAID phone through Ebay...can they switch this pre-paid phone over to their regular phone plan?
