PREGNANTE OR NOT?? MOOD SWINGS?

So is been abt 4 weeks I took abt 3pregnancy test one came out negative which was at the doctors when I went two weeks ago ...but jus recently I took a home preg test & both came out positive? I been reallyy emotional lately like crying for no dam reason MOOD SWINGS! & cravings & going to tha bathroom lot more...I don't know if it's all in my head or am I really preg..what do you think?
