I have 3 pregnant fish, 1 platy, 1 mickey mouse platy and 1 blue calico platy. They are all pregnant and getting really big now. the three of them have stopped being sociable and are resting on the bottom of the community tank. They are leaning on the bottom and whenever i look to see if they are giving birth they swim away to the opposite side and do the same thing. I am just wondering when should i separate them from the others so their babies dont get eaten. i kinda think they are getting close!
my thought is that she is just about ready becuase if it was something wrong with the water they would all be doing it...right?
