Pregnancy & the exercise bike?

I am 5'0''. 18 years old. 29 weeks pregnant. It's almost summertime; I want to be confident in my shorts in the hot weather. I have always been between 130 & 135 pounds since I was about 15/16 years old. I am rather gifted in the thighs/butt/breast departments. My stomach has never really eben a problem, just the thighs & butt. I would like to start using my exercise bike to tone my legs & butt up, even though I'm pregnant. My doctor says this is perfectly safe and healthy for me because I have no complications wiht my pregnancy except I have gained maybe 5 lbs too much for how far along I am & my height/weight... I am just wonderin gif anyone else has had success on toning/losing fat inches off their thighs/butt using an exercise bike(pregnant or not)??
