Pregnancy test 23 days after sex..?

i had sex about 3 weeks ago, feb 21st, but my last period was around february 7th... i still haven't gotten my next period, even though we used a condom, and I'm thinking about taking a test tonight.. should i wait a bit longer or is it fine to take it right now?
 
The test would be more than accurate by now. You can take it right now if you want.
