Pregnancy Symptoms, No Period But Negative Pregnancy Test?

I suffer from Polycystic ovaries and me and my partner have been trying to conceive for a year now. My periods, in the last eight months, have gotten into a regular cycle (for me!). They're every 6-7 weeks. I downloaded a period and ovulation tracker onto my phone and its been spot on with telling me when my periods are due. According to the programme I was due on August 25th, I had all the signs it was coming: the pains, swollen breasts. On 30th August there was still no period so I took a HPT, then again on the 1st Sept and the 3rd - all negative!

Since the 2nd Sept I've been suffering from sickness, diarrhoea, im sensitive to certain smells, im completely off my food, i feel weak (i can only stand for 5-10mins at a time), im shattered all the time but when its time to go to bed i cant sleep and i have a constant headache and heartburn. I'm worried my periods have messed up again! What else could this be?
I should have also mentioned that I haven't had a period since July 6th. Is that true about HPT not being accurate? Even after I've taken three?

the syptoms you seem to be experiencing could also be those you get prior to having your period..
i would advise talking to a doctor pregnancy tests are never always accurate...the 99% accuracy which they claim is an over exageration. the doctor can give you the answers you need

I also have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Me and my husband tried for ever it felt like for our second child. It wasnt until the 4th doctor I seen gave me drops for hormones that the made my period regular and with in 3 months of taking them we were finally able to conceive our second child.I had all the symptoms of being pregnant like you but the test always came back negative for the first 3 months. When the doctor did the blood test to check it came back positive.I would suggest going to have a blood test done because some females dont carry enough of the hormones for at home test to show up correctly. If you arent taking in enough sugar from not eating well you could be weak and have headaches from that.
