Pregnancy blood test came back with HCG level of 15?

My period is a couple of days late and i had a blood test yesterday. the results came back of an HCG level of 15. Am I pregnant? Has this happened to anyone who had successful pregnancies? Ive been trying for 2 years with 2 ectopics..
 
Generally speaking, anything over 25 is a positive for pregnancy, with anything less than 5 a negative. The only sure way to tell is to take another test and see if it is increasing. However, you will really only know if you are ectopic or other based on an ultrasound about 7-8 weeks after LMP. Your doctor should explain these results to you.
