Pregnancy and too much exercise.?

before I conceived i was 5'9" and weighed 145 i was very fit and i worked out a ton. I am now 22 weeks and i weigh 157 I still work out a lot, i do some abs and arms( i keep the total weight of weights i am using under 34 pounds) and i do about 30 min pretty intense elliptical runner and a yoga class.
at my last visit my baby was a normal a size and so was i. I was wondering could exercising to much harm my baby
