Prefix Dialing

Hi,
I'm wondering if someone can help me out...
Is there a program that can dial a prefix before the called number?

Here in Brazil we have to dial the carrier number before the area code, so we end up with astronomically large numbers on the contacts. And it's quite a mess having to edit all the contacts in case you switch (or want to use another) carrier.

So, is there any program that takes the call you're making and adds something before it? Or is there a way to define it?

You could add separate entries in the phonebook with the different prefixes under the same contact and label them appropriately. Otherwise, I'm not familar with a program that would do this.
 
Yeah, that *is* an option... Almost as bad as having to edit every contact, but at least it would have to be done only once.

And contacts would be huge as well...
