So I am 12 years old and fairly tall (5'7).I always have a pain in the middle left side of my back like I need to stretch it or get a deep-tissue massage.Also my legs are SUPER long and just the usual spread out stretch isn't enought.I just always have the need to stretch but it is NEVER enough for me.I just need to learn some more detailed ways to stretch.Please help!
