PRE SEED!! & TTC HELP?!?!?

okay so i just bought some preeseed lubricant, me & hubby have been TTC for 5 months wiht no luck. my cycles have been off sinse i gained weight but now their getting back to normal. i started taking VITEX this month to help me ovulate and i bought opks to use. im suppost to ovulate monday, may 24th. with a 28 days cycle. when should i start using my opks? & has anyone tooken vitex & got pregnant? & also did preeseed work for you? or have you heard about it. sorry for the questions. thanks xx
