HELP! we will have a staff meeting this week.im not sure if its regarding our Christmas program [meeting wil be on dec 2 christmas program wil be on dec 11] i work in a preschool daycare and this is my first ever job. i dont know what to expect in staff meetings. i dont know if the staff meeting is abt the christmas program or just an ordinary meeting.
here are some of my concerns
during the staff meeting do we all have to talk or say something?
or the boss does most of the talking?
is it like in a classroom where in one by one the boss will ask u what needs to be improved in your room? are there any improvements etc.
will the boss ask questions PER classroom.
help im really afraid i dont know what to expect and im afraid that i may not have anything to say is that okay?
