Pre-requisites to be a National Guard Sniper.?

sniper school is one of the hardest schools in the military to get into. as a NG personel: good luck, you're bottom of the barrel as far as slots go. also simply put, you're unit will not send you there unless they NEED you to go. especially in a NG unit which is state, opposed to federally, funded. if you want to be come a sniper, go active army. 1 weekend a month, 2 weeks a year is not enough time to get proficient at your job, and when your job involves killing so you dont get killed, you NEED to be good at it. learning how to survive in combat is not a part time thing...
that being said the requirements to get into army sniper school are:
11 series, 19D, or 18 series
PFC to SFC
PT score of 210 or above with 70 in each category
corrected vision of 20/20
gt score of 110
qualification score of expert with m16/m4
normal color vision
1 year retainability
pass psych eval
and free of any history of problems (drugs, alcohol, disciplinary)
 
I'd like to know the pre-requites to get into the National Guard Sniper school.

Yes I'm prepared to kill someone and I know the emotional trauma caused by it, I've heard stories from family, this is why I'm doing National Guard instead of the Marines.

I've checked online but I can't get a sound answer.
