after reading the healtrabroadoarRAB and hearing the horror stories i dont understand how i feel so well after my l4 l5 disectomy after 6 days my surgeon has told me to sit for no longer than 30 mins and to walk one mile three times a day i am in no pain and was previously told i had a lot of scarring around the tissue i was a bit of a mess i had sciatica 20 years off and on the last three years permantly i have no nurabness or pins and needles will i start suffering later? or am i one of the lucky ones
