Pre-Med Alternatives?

So I'm a Psychology major taking Pre-med classes, my Chemistry class sucks, can't learn any of it worth a damn. I'm only a freshman and want to be a doctor, eventually surgeon, money is a huge motivator of mine. Other than Psychologist, is there anything else that would pay comparably to doctor, that isn't lawyer, or a boring desk job.
Any ideas welcome.
 
Physician's Assistants get paid very close to what a doctor makes, if you haven't looked into that, you should. Some more medical jobs that are often overlooked are Medical Lab Tech, Radiology Tech, and Respiratory Therapy. Money wise those don't compare to a doctor's salary, but they're still well paying (with alot less school involved). I make $15 an hour as a Medical Lab Tech (2 years of college, with an Associates degree in Applied Sciences)
Any medical major you choose is going to require a Chemistry class by the way....
