My husband has been in basic training for about three weeks, and he has a pre existing condition with his knees and was told before he even enlisted in the army that they need surgery, but he never got the surgery and every letter he tells me he has burning pains in his knees and doesnt think he will last much longer. How long does the process take? Does anyone know what the process is?
