I am doing a Level 2 Play-work Childcare course extracurricular at school.
This involves a interview.
I have filled out the application form already, and refused to answer a question about nationality
(i.e. Protesting about the fact they think im too dumb to realise I am not obliged to answer)
I now have a pre-employment medical form to fill out, which I have almost completed, apart from
*Height
*Weight
Am I OBLIGED to answer these, as they have no relation to the job whatsoever.
(UK LAWS PLZ!)
