A few years ago, i was diagnosed with a pre eating disorder. I tried to make myself throw up numerous times. I was never actually able to reach the point of throwing up though. I saw a therapist and I havent felt the need to try and make myself throw up for along time. Until tonight when all my weight issues came rushing back and made me immediatly start crying. What can i do when i feel like this to make myself feel better at the moment?
