Pre-diabetic concerns?

both of my father and mother have type 2 diabetes, they both had it after the age of 45
also my sister is diagnosed as pre-diabetic.

i know that i have to go to a doc to get tested but what do you think of these readings?
last night 2 hours after eating it was: 9.2
today before breakfast it was : 5.3
