So i have a question about pre-cum. If a man doesn't have pre-cum does that mean that he cannot have kids? I was with this man for 3 years and we were trying to have a baby and it never happend. I am currently in a new relationship and notice as we are performing four play he has pre-cum. My ex never had pre-cum.. was there an issue with my ex?
