Hello, so I'm tailgating tomorrow (Dolphins vs Bears) and i got alot of chicken wings. Almost 5 pounds i think. Anyways I wanna somewhat precook them in the oven so it dosent take forever when i'm there. My question is ,should i marinate them before i precook them or marinate them after precooking( or even both)? Also how long and what temperature should i precook them for?I'm going to throw them on a standard smokey joe grill w/ charcoal. .
