pre-calculus honors homework help?

2) For y=(4/3)x^3-2x^2-8x+1, the slope function m for any point on the curve is given by m=4x^2-4x-8.
a)Find the point(s) where the slope would be zero. Show the algebraic steps.
b)Write the equations of the horizontal tangent line(s) to the curve at the point(s).
c)Determine if the curve has a maximum or minimum value or neither at the points.


I mainly only need help on B and C. I think a is x=2, -2. But I'm not sure.
