I have 6 problems left and it is extra credit. My teacher says that I can get help and answers any way and it won't be cheating.

1. Use the identities for sin(a+b) and sin(a-b) to solve 60... Add the left and right sides of the identities and drive the product-to-sum formula for sin a cos b.

2. x>0 tan^-1 x +tan^-1 (1/x)= (pie/2)

3. ln[sexc]= -ln[cosx]

4. lne^(tan^(2)x-sec^(2)x)=1

5. Prove that if f and g are even functions, then fg is also an even function.

6. Write the equation of a rational function F(x)= p(x)/q(x) having the indicated properties, in which the degrees of p and q are as small as possible. Graph your function using a graphing utility to verify that it has required properties.

(the actual question) f has a vertical asymptote given by x=3, a horizontal asymptote y=0, y-intercept at -1, and no x-intercept.

Thank you all!!!! This stuff has really stumped me and it is all due at midnight.
