Pre-Calc Word Problem?

Hey, I have a difficult word problem for my class. Can someone help me out with this? Any guidance would be very helpful!

Points X and Y are located on opposite sides of a straight river that is 1 mile wide. Point Z is 4 miles downstream on the same side of the river as point Y. A person swims across the river from point X to some point P between Y and Z and then runs along bank from P to Z. If that person swims at a rate of 1.5 miles per hour and runs at a rate of 6 miles per hour, express the total time T to get from Point X to point Z as a function of one variable. Also, determine location of P which minimizes the total time.
