Help me with these problems! I need to study for tomorrow's test

Test the following equation for symmetry and intercepts

y = x^3 + 3

for this I said it's not symmetry and the intercepts are (0,3) and (cuberootof -3 , 0)
Is this correct?

And

Write the equation of the circle.

x^2 + y^2 + 8x -2y +8 = 0

I don't know how to solve this one..


lastly,
Determine whether or not the following is a function

x^2 + (y-4)^3 = 8
