Pre-Cal project HELP! I need a cubic equation or higher..?

The project is basically the equation (cubic or higher), it has to be graphed and must represent some kind of data. My teacher basically wants me to get a poster board and put the equation, the graph, and elaborate the data which it represents. It can be from a book, made up, Internet, etc. I've been having trouble finding an equation WITH data.. so if someone can please give me an equation that represents data. Please and Thank You.

Also some addition information:
it's for my Pre-Calculus class,
i'm a junior in high school,
it's due this Wednesday!
