Okay, I'm 19 and male. Well I went to a recruiter and I know I'm overweight. No fat jokes, here are my stats when I went to the recruiting station:

18" neck (I think) (Big, I know. They were laughing with me about it. I come from German ancestry)
245 pounds
6'0" height

Now, since I've gotten back I've cut out Soda/Sugary drinks and sticking to water. I never buy butter anymore and still working on my first bottle of olive oil to use when I really "need" to use a butter substitute (Doesn't happen often). Stopped frying foods, and I started eating a lot of rice and chicken as well as soup and more rice. Mainly just chicken, I stopped eating hamburger/steaks and fattening meat.

I also only drink water now and sometimes Apple Juice.

Every day, normally after supper, at around 5:30/6 I go out to jog for half an hour. Keep in mind, i'm out of shape, so I stretch enough and I jog for around 3-5 minutes or so and walk then jog for 3-5 minutes and walk. I do that for around half an hour.

I can't jog the full 30 minutes yet, my calves flare up in pain but I work through it for the rest of the 3-6 minutes then I walk until my breath returns to normal then I jog again.

Also, I need to lose weight before I can start doing so many pushups. I can do *around* ten, but it puts a lot of pressure on my biceps to lift that much dead weight. I'll try harder though.

[Also, I've lost around 5 pounds, so I'm around 240 already.]

What do you guys recommend? I'm thinking of adding additional cardio, like jumping jacks or lunges.
Oh, and don't spam please. >_>
